The storyline of
Dasavatharam is still being kept a secret, but
there is speculation about what it might be.
Dasavatharam is the forthcoming K.S. Ravikumar
Tamil movie. Kamal Haasan and Asin have the
leading roles in this movie. Dasavatharam was
originally planned for release in Diwali 2007,
but was later postponed to early 2008. There is
still no confirmed release date as of December
2007 as an official trailer still has not been
released. Dasavatharam features Kamal playing
ten different acting roles. His roles were

Dasavatharam also involves the
beautiful actress Asin playing two different
roles of her own. As you can see, Dasavatharam
is a mega budget movie for Oscar Ravichandran.
Popular music composer Himesh Reshammiya from
Bollywood music is composing the music for this
2008 Tamil Movie. This will be his first time
composing audio for a Tamil movie in the
Kollywood industry. Dasavatharam will be dubbed
in five different languages which are Hindi,
Telegu, Malayalam, Bhojpuri and Bengali.
Kamal Haasan who is known for trying
new things in the Kollywood industry is
attempting to break Sivaji Ganesan’s nine roles
movie “Navaratri” by playing ten different
roles. K.S. Ravikumar says that most of Kamal’s
ten roles will leave him “unidentifiable”. He
will play three roles in which he could be
indentified while Asin plays dual roles and
follows Kamal’s multi character acting. Mallika
Sherawat is playing a CIA agent in Dasavatharam.
Jayapradha is also said to be playing an
important role in this movie.

ups for Kamal and rest of the actors/actresses.
